Day 12

Today (pretend I'm posting this last night), I made up for lack of working out I've done in the last couple of days.

We woke up in the morning and went on a bike ride. The ride itself was about six and a half miles...but...one of those miles was seriously nonstop uphill. I almost died (dramatic, I know). I seriously had to stop about 3 or 4 times while going up in order to not:
a) die
b) throw up
c) pass out, or
d) fall over

anyways...we made it...and one day I will conquer that damn hill without all of the above feelings.
Then we went shopping and I got rollerblades!!! yay!!! So of course we had to break them in. So later that evening we went to the park and rollerbladed next to the lake. It was wonderful, except for the fact that I probably looked like a loser on rollerblades since it had been so long and I felt like a 6 year old trying to get used to them for the first time! It was still fun though, and I felt that by the end I had kind of gotten the hang of it.

Food time!

Breakfast: Coffee and a fiber bar

Lunch: Eggplant moussaka and a salad

Dinner: a bowl of soup and a slice of yummy garlic bread (which I am still tasting)

Desert: 4 sections of a Milka chocolate bar and a no sugar jello pudding (I deserved a little reward for all my hard work!)

Until tomorrow (which means tonight)
