Days 10 & 11

Ok, so I've been pretty bad about blogging this week...but it's just been super busy!!

Yesterday I was pretty good. I had a shake in the morning, a fiber bar for a snack, and my remaining two raviolis for lunch. Then for dinner we went to Emy's department bbq. There I was a little worse. I ate a veggie burger, and some pita with hummus...and perhaps a mini cookie or two. I also had a couple sips of beer later that night.

Today we went to the farmer's market and got tons of peaches and tomatoes! They were selling them for ridiculously cheap prices...following that we went to Sam's Club and bought a couple of things...like some more fiber bars (they are the new kellogs fiber one bars that are frikin amazing!)

For breakfast I had a cup of coffee and one of those fiber bars. For lunch we pigged out...but not in a bad way. Emy and I each had one pita. We ate it with a little hummus and labne...alongside we cut up some cucumbers, onions, arabic pickles, and some cherry tomatoes. We also each had one boiled egg...following the amazing lunch we took a long nap, woke up and started cooking and cleaning (as we had some friends coming over for dinner).

Dinner consisted of 1 slice of homemade olive bread and a bowl of soup (fantastic! Thanks Coucourou!). Then I ate a little bit of Emy's eggplant moussaka with some nonfat yogurt. It was a wonderful dinner with good friends :)

Tomorrow I'm going to have to work out some more. These hours just fly by every day. Soon it will be time to weigh in again.

Side note: once I hit day 14, I'm going to start saying Week 2, day 1...etc. It would be a little ridiculous to be like...day 176.
