I'm planning to only weigh myself once a week, so there will be no weight update for another 4 days! EEK!!! Only 4 more days to lose two pounds?!?! I can do it...
Today:
Breakfast: same cup of coffee...and an apple
Lunch: 2 hardboiled eggs and a peach
Dinner: 2 bowls of cereal and milk
Snack: a spoon of peanut butter
Water: 8-9 glasses (yeah...I'm awesome!)
Exercise: nothing to strenuous...seeing as it's that time of the month...but I danced around the house like an idiot for a good 30 minutes...and that does produce quite a sweat!
Tomorrow is Saturday, so I can finally get a good night's sleep tonight...and maybe go for a long bike ride tomorrow.
Happy note: I bought all sorts of sugar free jello puddings...they have all these new flavors like cinnamon roll, dulce de leche, and...ok two new flavors...but still...I'm excited!
