Day 2

Ok...so Day 2 was nowhere near as productive as Day 1. I knew I was going to mess up, but didn't think it would be this soon...

I would like to blame feminine problems...so I will...tomorrow will be better though! Also, the guy at work who sprayed so much cologne that it literally made me dizzy all day didn't help...

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with a little cream and sugar, and some grapes (see the progress there?)

Lunch: an egg salad sandwich with a slice of pickle (I need to start packing my lunches)

Snack: 1 serving of chocolate covered raisins (please refer to the excuse mentioned above)

Dinner: a small bowl of leftover pasta Jen made that had brussel sprouts in it (I hate letting food go to waste, and since she left I had to take care of it)

Water: 7-8 glasses today (improvement)

Exercise: nada - This is where I'm mad at myself...the food thing wasn't too bad today...a few more carbs than I would have liked, but if I had worked out it wouldn't have been a big deal.

Tomorrow I am working out hardcore! No matter how tired/grumpy/moody/annoyed/anything else I am.

If I don't...I'm sure there will be a certain someone coming after me with jillian michael dvd's, threatening to kick my ass...

So...until tomorrow then...same bat time...same bat station!

    I really think you need to post at least daily measurements!

    And thanks for finishing the pasta! Good, right? Suprisingly low in fat, too, but sorry to say it's not true of the carbs....
