Day 6: The brag and blog...

I'm going to brag in today's blog...because, well...I deserve it.

After much laziness and excuses, I worked out today. Not only did I work out...I worked out to get to my workout destination! I biked 2 miles to Coucourecou's (Spelling?) apartment...then did a 30 minute Jillian Michael's workout...then biked two miles home! I'm pretty damn proud of myself...not to mention sweating profusely...

Now...to food

Breakfast: same cup of coffee (I know it's not good that I'm only drinking coffee for breakfast, but honestly I have to wake up really early to go to work and I get nauseous when I'm sleepy...I'm sure I mentioned this before...but seriously...everyone needs to not worry about my lack of breakfast)

Lunch: Egg salad sandwich and a pickle sphere

Dinner: One pita with some hummus, babaganoush, and labne (a thick yogurt paste)...very high protein...

After workout: nothing yet, but I'm planning a bowl of nonfat yogurt with some granola and honey (mmmm...)

Tomorrow is the official weight measurement...wish me luck!!!

  1. you forgot to mention that you biked all the way up the damn hill at our apartment complex. that's just amazing! very proud of you. :)
    and when i get back i'll force feed you a bite of energy bar in the morning so people can stop giving you a hard time...:)
