Day 7 - Part 1: The Weigh In

So...stepped on the scale a few minutes ago...and I am proud to say that I am on, if not a little ahead, of schedule.

170.5lbs after 7 days of being on my best behavior...this is a total loss of 3.5lbs!

I will update my workout and eats later tonight!!!
